I am pleased to share with you some new work from our clinical team that looks at Himalayan Tartary Buckwheat and its affect on glycemic response.
I put myself in the mix for this one. By wearing a continuous glucose monitor, I was able to track my post-prandial excursions after specific carbohydrate challenges, from white bread to various preparations of Himalayan Tartary Buckwheat flour.
