An all-in-one, complete mix of proteins and phytonutrients that naturally occur in Himalayan Tartary Buckwheat, an ancient food crop used as medicine in traditional cultures.

Contains 17 grams per serving of balanced, plant-based amino acids for optimal protein efficiency.

Contains a complete spectrum of bioactive vitamins and minerals, including immune-supportive levels of vitamin D, vitamin C, zinc, selenium, and magnesium, as well as active forms of folic acid and vitamin B12.
